A: No. Paramount provides three employment opportunities designed to meet your specific hiring needs. These opportunities include temporary (i.e., six month assignment), permanent (direct hire) and contract-to-permanent (520 hours on Paramount’s payroll before transitioning to your payroll) options.
Q: What kind of candidate screening does Paramount provide?
A: Paramount offers a variety of background checks, including but not limited to, criminal checks, credit checks, DMV reports, education verification, etc. We also have several drug screening options available, dependent upon your needs. We verify professional references based on the work history provided by each applicant, and offer multiple skills assessments for pre-qualification purposes.
